It is hard to believe that we are two months into 2020. As we move into March I wanted to take a second to reflect on February and share a few of my favorite things with you.
In February I spent most of my time at school, in the car, and craving sushi. Although this month definitely wasn't easy it flew by. Time flys when you've got your nose to the grindstone!
This is a podcast all about women running businesses and doing amazing things. Occasionally she does solo episodes that are packed with nuggets of knowledge! Each one of them lights a fire in me to build my own little corner of the internet.

2. Light Therapy
Recently at the thrift store, I found a light therapy lamp. I plugged it in to check if it worked, and it did! So I bought it! According to research people in Wisconsin suffer from low levels of Vitamin D. In my last blog post I wrote about how I've been feeling heavy. I thought maybe there was a correlation between my lack of sun exposure and my seasonal heaviness so I figured, WHY NOT try it? Although my "happy light" hasn't cured all my problems I have noticed a positive impact. I'm not sure how long you are supposed to sit-in
- If you've never tried light therapy I would 10/10 recommend you give it a go.

3. Sushi Lover in Green bay
Even since my return from Italy, I've been searching for a delicious and budget-friendly place to get my sushi fix. I think I found exactly that at Sushi Lover in Green bay. It is all you can eat, but you get charged for wasted dishes (Smart on their part.) They have a unique list of rolls, hibachi, appetizers, and so much more. In addition to all the sushi, we ordered 3 helpings of Gyoza. They were delicious. Oh, and it's only $20 per person for dinner. I recommend you go with a few people and try a bunch of stuff. You won't regret it!
